Alternative Methods of Payment

Normally we expect customers to transact via the WorldPay mechanism provided for you convenience. However, if you prefer, we can invoice you for your software registration license and accept payments by cheque. Your registration key (Activation Key) will be communicated to you when your cheque has cleared. Note that as this process can take several days, please allow for this when using products with a limited free trial period.

Refunds

Software and other electronic materials supplied on disk

Software on cds or similar media that have been paid for by the customer are mailed by us in good faith in sealed packs. We will accept unopened returned goods and refund the customer without question within 30 days providing we are notified by email or post within 7 days of the date of delivery. Please email us in advance sales@diaxon.com of returning goods or telephone on 0845 430 8752 so that we can acknowledge your intention. We reserve the right to deduct any exceptional administration or processing costs from refunds of this nature.

Downloaded Software

Most of our applications are 'self-service' downloads which you are invited to try for approval for a set period (normally 30 days) before deciding to buy (or not to buy) a license from Diaxon. By the nature of this type of product we are unable to consider refunds for a paid license fee once the software has been installed and licensed on your PC unless it can be demonstrated that the license was purchased fraudulently or in error.

Replacing Faulty or Damaged Goods

We aim to deliver our customers high quality products that are in first class condition on receipt and we will replace free of charge any goods found to be faulty or goods damaged in the delivery process. 

Books

We will accept returned books and refund cost in full providing the books are returned in good condition and returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date. (Please note we will not refund any postage and packing costs incurred by the customer)

Privacy Policy

Your Privacy

1) We are not informed of and therefore do not retain any of your credit / debit card details, your transaction is conducted solely between you and WorldPay (part of Royal Bank of Scotland Group).

2) We do retain a sales reference for your purchase(s), your name/*trading name, your address and email address for our own accounting, sales analysis, license and support purposes.

3) We retain your trading name / Activation key combination as a validity check should you have any queries about your application (as appropriate)

4) As part of our customer care programme, we will contact you by email about relevant Diaxon / DEB product updates and information that may be useful to unless you wish not to be contacted.

5) We will not include you in any future marketing initiatives for related products or services unless you give us your consent.

6) We abide by the 1998 Data Protection act

Complaints

We hope you will find our products highly satisfactory and we aim to provide an excellent standard of service to our customers. However, if you have cause to complain do not hesitate to contact us by email or letter. Our contact details are given in full at the bottom of our home page. Please note that your statutory rights are not affected by any statements on this page.
