NOTE:

 

Some customers have reported that clicking on [Continue] button fails to connect them to the WordPay site therefore failing to purchase a password. The most common reason for this is that their Internet Explorer has been set with the highest security settings which prevents our transaction ‘cookie’ from working. The easiest way to overcome this problem is to temporarily reduce your security setting from High to Medium.

 

Method for changing security level in Internet Explorer:

 

On the top line menu select ‘Tools’ à ‘Internet Options’ à ‘Security tab’

Click on the Internet icon (globe), an on appearance of the custom settings window, select ‘Medium’ security in the list box towards the bottom of the window and click [Reset]. Confirm the settings change and click [OK] to exit.

 

You should now be able to proceed with purchasing the password.

 

When you have completed the transaction, if you wish you can re-apply the High security setting using the above method.
